You have 14 calendar days from receiving your order to request a return or exchange.

For all returns and exchanges:

The customer covers the return shipping cost.

Product conditions

For the return to be valid, the item must be:

• New, unused and undamaged.
• Returned with the original box, tags and complete packaging.
• Free of odors, marks or creases.

Used or damaged items are not accepted.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the same payment method used for the purchase.

Processing time: 7–10 business days after receiving and inspecting the item.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exceptions

We do not accept returns of:

• Used items
• Items without their original packaging
• Items returned after the 14-day window
